Chocolate for breakfast but in pancake form - delicious!
Another pancake recipe for you to eat to your hearts content! I'm actually not usually one for chocolate for breakfast but when it comes in the form of a fluffy stack of pancakes, that I can say yes too. I don't tend to make pancakes for dessert so this recipe is more of a breakfast option, but it's versatile for more toppings - just think how tasty these would be with a big scoop of ice cream and some crushed biscuits! if you're like me though and want these to start off your day, then mimic the creamy yoghurt and berries option for a full balanced breakfast. If you love chocolate and pancakes....

Ingredients
Pancakes240ml Soya milk + 1tsp apple cider vinegar
150g Oat flour
40g Cocoa powder or 1 heaped scoop chocolate protein powder
120g Bananas
✿Heat a large non-stick frying pan on a medium to high heat. Once warm add about 2 tbsp of the pancake mixture into the pan into a circle - I did about 3 pancakes at a time.
✿Once the pancake starts to bubble on top it's time to flip them over with a spatula - usually about 1-2 minutes each side.
✿Remove from the heat and pop on a plate whilst you cook the rest of the mixture. You can make smaller pancakes if you want or larger ones but I managed 10 smaller ones.
✿Stack or plate up the pancakes and drizzle over the choc shot, yoghurt and lots of berries.
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
